AI GovTech Scale-up in Mobility & Road Safety seeking Advisors & Partners for Expansion

With a growing footprint in Belgium and active projects with cities and police zones, they are now preparing for further European expansion, with a particular interest in the Nordics, the UK, France, the Netherlands and other relevant European markets.

They are searching for advisors with:
• Strong experience in government and public-sector markets: A solid network within municipalities, police organisations, transport authorities, road agencies, ministries or other government bodies.
• Expertise in B2G scaling and public procurement: Experience building repeatable public-sector sales, navigating tenders, framework agreements, procurement processes and long government sales cycles.
• Experience in international expansion: Knowledge of taking GovTech, AI, SaaS, mobility or infrastructure technology into new European markets, including go-to-market strategy, local partnerships and market entry.
• Connections with strategic partners and integrators: Relationships with technology companies, camera manufacturers, infrastructure players, system integrators and other organisations active within government ecosystems.
• Experience in GovTech, Smart Cities, mobility or public infrastructure: Ideally from companies operating in AI, computer vision, ITS, traffic technology, security technology or infrastructure software.
• Strategic fundraising experience: Connections with investors active in GovTech, AI, infrastructure, mobility or public-sector technology would be valuable.

They are particularly interested in hands-on advisors who can actively open doors, make relevant introductions and help them build long-term relationships within government ecosystems — not only provide high-level strategic advice.
