When the guarantee applies

Three conditions must be met for the guarantee to be activated. They are designed to be fair and straightforward.

Condition 01 Full list price

The service must have been purchased at full list price for your applicable rate. Discounted or promotional purchases are not covered, other than the standard pre-revenue startup rate.

Condition 02 Pre-agreed goals

You and your advisor must have agreed on clear, measurable objectives before starting. The guarantee cannot be applied retroactively to goals defined after the fact.

Condition 03 Supporting evidence

You must be able to provide reasonable evidence that the agreed goals were not met within the first 3–6 months of the collaboration.

No. Results depend on both the advisor and the company. The guarantee means that if your advisor isn't delivering against pre-agreed goals, we will run a new search at no extra cost, giving you a second chance to find the right match without paying again.
The 100% Growth Guarantee is included with Turnkey when purchased at full list price, including the standard discounted rate for pre-revenue startups. It is not available on other discounted, bundled, or promotional purchases such as VC portfolio packages.
We run a full new advisor search: the same process as your original search. You receive a new set of applicants and can proceed from there. You are under no obligation to work with any of the new candidates, and there are no additional fees.
