2. WE WILL FIND YOU ADVISORS WITH SUITABLE BACKGROUND AND INTEREST IN YOUR BUSINESS
We'll start an advisor search (without disclosing your or your company's name) and send you the anonymous applications over the next few weeks. In these applications, advisors typically explain why they believe they are suitable for the role and what interests them about it. Typically, a search yields 10 to 20 applications, although the number can vary significantly.
3. YOU DECIDE HOW TO PROCEED
Once you have reviewed the applications, you can decide how to proceed.
You may choose to continue with the free service or upgrade to one of our company premium packages (starting from 1900€ + VAT). With the company free service, you gain access to full details from those advisors who have the Advisor Priority premium package. With company premium packages, you receive full access to all advisors who have applied.
You can start further discussions with the advisors that seem most suitable for your needs. As part of those discussions, you agree on all details such as exact tasks, the amount of work, and compensation (which can be fixed, a success fee, etc.).
Once all is agreed upon, you can make an agreement with the chosen advisors and start working with them. The agreement is made directly between your company and the advisor; Boardio is not a party in that relationship. However, we are happy to help you and provide a second opinion if needed. You can use the agreement template provided by the Founder Institute for this purpose.
