Own Boardio's growth in your market.
You have the network. Boardio has the product. Start by bringing in leads, then grow into full business ownership — with a clear path and increasing revenue share.
The role
What you own
A Country Manager owns Boardio's commercial presence in a defined geography or vertical. You start in the pilot phase by activating your network — existing contacts and new ones across founders, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem players — and bringing companies onto the platform. Boardio runs fulfilment. You build the territory. Strong performers step into the full Country Manager role, with broader responsibility and a higher revenue share.
A territory that is yours
You own a defined geography or vertical — not shared, not reassigned. Build Boardio's presence from the ground up and be the person your ecosystem calls when a company needs advisory support.
Activate your network commercially
You already have relationships with founders, investors, accelerators, and ecosystem players — and you know how to build new ones. Your job is to convert those connections into Boardio clients.
A product that closes itself
Boardio's offering is straightforward, low friction, and easy to explain. You open the door; we handle the advisor search and fulfilment from there.
Build pipeline your way
No prescribed playbook. You decide which channels, communities, and partnerships work best for your market. We give you the brand, materials, and support — you decide how to activate them.
Full support from Boardio
A named contact at Boardio HQ, onboarding, marketing materials, and a global partner network behind you. You work independently — but you're not on your own.
A clear upgrade path
Start in the pilot phase with leads responsibility. Progress into the full Country Manager role with complete business and service delivery ownership — and a higher revenue share to match.
What you earn
Revenue share that grows with you
Start at 50% revenue share from your first deal in the pilot phase. Step into the full Country Manager role and your share increases to 70%. No salary, no ceiling.
Country Manager — pilot phase
Provide leads and earn from your first deal. Build your pipeline, prove your market, establish your territory.
Country Manager — full role
Full business and service delivery responsibility. A higher revenue share, a stronger partnership with Boardio, and your territory fully under your ownership.
How the progression works
The pilot phase is designed to get you started with low friction — you focus on generating leads while Boardio handles service delivery. As you demonstrate traction in your market, you move into the full Country Manager role: complete ownership of business development and service delivery in your territory, with a 70% revenue share.
The exact transition point is agreed with Boardio based on your market and early results — not a rigid formula.
Revenue share applies to searches closed in your territory. Both Connect (€890) and Turnkey (from €3,900) opportunities are available depending on your market.
How it works
From first conversation to full ownership
The path is straightforward. You apply, we get aligned, you activate your network in the pilot phase — and once you've established traction, you step into the full Country Manager role with complete business responsibility.
