What you'll actually do
A Platform Growth Manager is Boardio's growth engine in their territory. Your focus is volume — bringing many companies onto the platform through community building, outreach, partnerships, and smart acquisition tactics. You work independently with full support: tools, onboarding, templates, and a global peer network. Think growth operator, not account manager.
Drive platform adoption
Grow the number of companies actively using Boardio. Think in funnels — find the channels, communities, and partnerships that bring in consistent volume.
Build ecosystem partnerships
Connect with startup communities, accelerators, incubators, and founder networks in your region. Become the person they call when a company needs advisory support.
Own your territory
You define your geography or vertical. Build a repeatable acquisition pipeline and grow Boardio's presence from the ground up in your market.
Convert quickly with Connect
Boardio's €890 Connect service is a low-barrier, easy-to-close entry point. Your job is to get companies started — volume and momentum matter more than individual deal size.

The model is simple: more companies on the platform means more revenue for you. Connect searches at €890 are your primary tool — low friction, quick to close, easy to stack. There is no salary, but no ceiling either.

Paid per successful engagement in your territory. The more volume you build, the more you earn.
