As you demonstrate traction in your market, you move into the full Country Manager role: complete ownership of business development and service delivery in your territory, with a 70% revenue share.

The exact transition point is agreed with Boardio based on your market and early results — not a rigid formula.

Revenue share applies to searches closed in your territory. Both Connect (€890) and Turnkey (from €3,900) opportunities are available depending on your market.
