Own your market.
Build Boardio's presence locally.
Represent Boardio in your country, region, or vertical. Help startups find the advisors they need — and earn 70% of every deal you close.
The role
What you'll actually do
A Country Manager (or Ecosystem Lead — we use both terms) is the entrepreneurial face of Boardio in their territory. Country Managers typically focus on a single country; Ecosystem Leads may cover a broader region, a specific vertical, or operate globally. You define your scope. You work independently, but with full support — tools, onboarding, templates, and a global peer network.
Build key relationships
Connect with startups, scaleups, VCs, accelerators, and founder communities in your region. Be the person they think of for advisor matchmaking.
Identify and qualify companies
Spot companies that would benefit from experienced advisors and help them define what kind of expertise they need to reach their next milestone.
Grow your territory
You own your geography. Build a repeatable pipeline and grow a local presence that makes Boardio the first name that comes to mind in your market.
Expand the advisor base
Identify experienced professionals in your network who want to support startups — and invite them to join Boardio's advisor community.
Full toolkit provided
CRM, messaging templates, sales support, and onboarding — everything you need to work professionally from day one, without building anything from scratch.
Shape the role with us
Country Managers help define what this role becomes. Active contributors can grow into broader regional or global responsibilities over time.
What you earn
A 70% share of everything you close
Country Managers earn the highest revenue share because they do the active work — building relationships, qualifying companies, and driving deals. There is no salary, but no ceiling either.
Of Boardio's revenue on every deal you close
Paid per successful engagement in your territory. The more you build, the more you earn.
Example: 3 deals in a month

How it starts
We always start with a pilot
Every new Country Manager and Ecosystem Lead starts with a structured pilot period. No Ambassador phase required — you can apply directly. The pilot is simply how we confirm real commitment and market fit, for both sides.
Apply
Tell us about your market, your network, and how you'd represent Boardio. We'll review and set up a call.
Onboard
Full onboarding: CRM access, playbook, messaging templates, and a dedicated contact at Boardio HQ.
Run the pilot
Actively represent Boardio for an agreed period. Close your first deals, build early relationships, prove your territory.
Confirm the role
If the pilot goes well on both sides, you formally take on the Country Manager or Ecosystem Lead title for your territory — ongoing.
Who should apply
You're a great fit if you...
Not sure about the commitment yet? Start as an Ambassador.
You can apply directly for Country Manager or Ecosystem Lead — no Ambassador phase needed. But if you'd prefer to get a feel for Boardio first, joining as an Ambassador is a great low-barrier way to refer a few companies and see how we work from the inside.
