The ideal candidate brings an extensive network of C-level contacts and expertise in one or more of these sectors, as well as across the broader loyalty and customer engagement industry. This person should have strong commercial acumen, the ability to connect the company with high-value partners and clients, and the credibility to influence executive-level decision-makers.
