When the guarantee applies

Three conditions must be met for the guarantee to be activated. They are designed to be fair and straightforward.

Condition 01
Full list price

The service must have been purchased at full list price — Connect at €890 or Turnkey at the applicable rate. Discounted or promotional purchases are not covered.

Condition 02
Pre-agreed goals

You and your advisor must have agreed on clear, measurable objectives before starting. The guarantee cannot be applied retroactively to goals defined after the fact.

Condition 03
Supporting evidence

You must be able to provide reasonable evidence that the agreed goals were not met within the first 3–6 months of the collaboration.
