What they are looking for
The NGO is seeking an experienced statutory director to join the board. The statutory director will take on the formal legal responsibilities associated with Dutch financial and regulatory compliance, providing oversight, and fiduciary guidance as the organization grows. The candidate needs to be a Dutch national, have a strong financial background and is experienced in -or has affinity with NGO’s. The statutory director will manage the local board and work closely with the group CFO. This role is well-suited for a seasoned professional who is motivated by meaningful social impact and committed to supporting responsible, ethically aligned international initiatives.
