The client is a Swedish HR-tech company developing a next-generation Human Intelligence platform for recruitment and employee development. Its science-backed, AI-supported assessments help organisations identify potential, understand individual strengths, and make more informed people decisions. The platform combines assessments of personality, cognitive ability, and human capabilities such as resilience, stress behaviours, and intellectual humility, with applications across recruitment, onboarding, leadership, and team development.

Designed for a changing world of work, the solution combines psychometric science with a modern, human-centred candidate experience and integrates with leading recruitment platforms. The company is now expanding internationally across selected markets. A Swedish Talent Acquisition and recruitment consultancy has been appointed to support this expansion by identifying and evaluating suitable Country Managers, working together with Boardio.

What they are looking for
The company is seeking well-connected senior professionals across international markets, excluding France and Finland, to support its expansion. This opportunity offers two possible routes: you can act as an advisor and identify a strong Country Manager candidate from your network, or you may consider becoming the Country Manager yourself.

Relevant candidates should have a strong local business network and experience in areas such as HR-tech, recruitment, executive management, business development, consulting, or international expansion.

As an advisor, your role is to identify and approach suitable Country Manager candidates within your network, introduce the opportunity, and refer interested candidates to the appointed recruitment partner. The recruitment partner will manage the subsequent evaluation and selection process together with the end client. A successful introduction resulting in an appointed Country Manager is compensated with EUR 4,000.

If the Country Manager opportunity matches your own experience, network, and ambitions, you are welcome to enter the recruitment and evaluation process. If you are appointed as Country Manager yourself, the EUR 4,000 referral compensation does not apply.
