Car Recycling Platform Startup Seeking Advisors in Automotive, Insurance, Fleet, Materials & BESS
This technology-driven start-up combines its own dismantling plant, the tailwind of the new European ELV (End-of-Life Vehicles) Directive, and rich vehicle & parts data with stakeholder-driven user interfaces to operate on two fronts:
• as a service provider to OEMs, fleet managers and insurance companies, and
• as a dismantler in its own right, reselling and refurbishing used parts and preparing raw materials for reuse.
Its operations are underpinned by end-to-end digital integration with clients and partners, together with intelligent automation of manual processes, aimed at optimizing transaction costs across the value chain and, in doing so, driving a greener, more circular economy.
• Senior OEM decision-makers (or access to them), to establish partnerships such as service provider to OEMs, remanufacturer, integration into IAM distribution networks, and data sharing
• Senior insurance & fleet decision-makers (or access to them), to establish partnerships as both service provider and parts supplier
• Raw materials & commodities specialists able to maximize the value recovered from ELVs (e.g. battery recycling, electronics recycling, catalysts, wiring, metals, plastics, …)
• Energy transition specialists capable of refurbishing used EV batteries into BESS
• Experts on the ELV Directive able to help maximize its potential
• Car dismantling & insurance experts in countries leading the way in car recycling, such as Sweden and Denmark
• Automotive experts at both strategic level (e.g. the impact of EVs, autonomous driving, Chinese competition…) and operational level (e.g. how to prepare parts for reuse)
