The company is looking for a senior US or UK based advisor with established relationships among corporate C-suite executives, investment banks and strategy consulting firms. The primary objective is to open doors to senior decision-makers and facilitate introductions that can support commercial development in the US or UK market. The role is non-operational, with a limited time commitment focused on selective, high-value introductions. Equity-based or performance-linked compensation is envisaged. The ideal advisor is a former senior executive, investment banking professional or strategy consulting partner with a strong US or UK network and experience in M&A or corporate strategy.
