About

I bring nearly twenty years of enterprise software commercial leadership (Oracle, SAP, Adobe, Teradata, Celebrus), combined with running my own commercial transformation consultancy (www.kaizen-one.co.uk), where I act as an independent, structural adviser to CEOs rather than an operator. I%27ve already been doing board-level work in practice: ongoing advisory to a CEO since January, reporting directly to a US Equity Board on P&L performance in a former role, and a two-year term as a Governor on a Multi-Academy Trust board. What I bring to a board isn%27t operational execution, it%27s structural judgement: a proprietary diagnostic method I built specifically to separate genuine capability gaps from process or structural failure before recommending action, plus hands-on experience actually deploying AI inside a live enterprise sales function, not just an opinion on AI strategy.

I%27d add the most value to VC or PE-backed B2B SaaS and enterprise software companies, particularly those scaling commercial GTM function, navigating a leadership transition in sales or revenue, or working out how to embed AI into how the business actually sells and operates, rather than treating it as a side initiative.
