I am a growth agent and change driver with over two decades of experience in sales and distribution, P&L management, business consulting, operations transformation and change management. I have directly (as part of the team) or indirectly (as a consultant) helped several companies scale up – a. Organically · by creating and implementing market strategies based on a mix of understanding the need-gaps, trend analysis, value chain mapping, partner/ network design and techno-commercial feasibility assessments. · Managing the sales/ business development/ product development to achieve top-line and profitability targets b. Inorganically through acquisitions/ collaborations by undertaking research-based search for partners/ targets and necessary due diligence. c. Operationally by working with cross functional teams to improve customer experience, employee productivity and process optimization and automation. I have worked with clients from multiple industries segments (like consumer goods, financial institutions, agri-business, engineering goods, freight/logistics, liner shipping, warehousing and e-commerce) and across different geographies and hence well versed with organization cultures and people management. I have also been in leadership roles in large Indian, MNC organizations and also startups and have managed the full spectrum of roles including strategy, PnL, fund raising, operations and BD. I have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind set. I have proven leadership and project management skills. Also I am result oriented. My past experiences, be it in business development or consultative selling, business growth strategies, process consulting and optimization, digitization and procurement, deep understanding of several industry segments and a strong network of industry leaders seem apt for advisory roles to scale up or efficiently run an organization.
