No. Posting an advisor or board member search on Boardio is completely free for companies. They only pay if they choose to proceed to unlock applicants. The lead is confirmed as soon as their search goes live — no payment required.
Always email us at [email protected] with the company name — either before or after they post their search. We match referrals manually, so a quick heads-up is all it takes. We cannot attribute referrals we don't know about.
We schedule your session once the referred company's search goes live on Boardio. You'll receive a calendar invite from us at that point. Sessions are typically held within two weeks of the search going live.
Yes. Each qualifying referral earns you one Verified Advisor session. If you've already had your session, we'll find another way to say thank you — just reach out and we'll discuss.
Any company that is new to Boardio and posts an advisor or board member search that goes live. There's no minimum size or sector requirement — if they have a genuine need for an advisor and post a search, it counts. Please note that Boardio maintains quality standards for the companies on the platform and reserves the right to decline a company that doesn't meet our criteria. In that case the search won't go live and the reward won't apply.
