You don't need a sales background. You need a real network, built through years of genuine involvement in your startup ecosystem.
You founded or scaled one or more startups yourself.
You understand the entrepreneurial journey, know the challenges founders face, and have built lasting relationships with fellow entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem partners.
You worked for an accelerator, incubator or venture builder.
You've supported dozens — or even hundreds — of startups, organized mentoring and investor programs, and built an extensive network of founders and mentors.
You work in an innovation hub, science park or entrepreneurship center.
You're a natural connector between startups, corporates, universities, investors and public organizations.
You worked for a government innovation or economic development agency.
You know your country's innovation landscape, its most promising startups, and the organizations that help them grow internationally.
You're active in Venture Capital, Corporate Venture Capital or a Business Angel Network.
You've built trusted relationships with founders, investors and advisors, and understand how the right strategic guidance can accelerate company growth.
You're a startup mentor, coach or experienced board advisor.
Founders trust your advice and regularly turn to you for introductions, strategic guidance and connections.

The role
As a Boardio Ambassador or Country Manager, you will
- Represent Boardio in your country or region.
- Introduce startups and scaleups to Boardio's international network of experienced Advisors and Board Members.
- Help ambitious companies strengthen their leadership teams and accelerate international growth.
- Build partnerships with accelerators, incubators, investors, universities and innovation organizations.
- Become part of an international team helping entrepreneurs succeed across more than 120 countries.
