Company chatbot solutions handle routine HR tasks cost-effectively and free up time for genuine human interaction. By integrating with HR and other systems in various ways, bots act as conversational, guidance, motivation, reminder, and activation tools. The data collected through bots enriches existing HR data, enabling reliable and in-depth HR analytics. The company already has major blue-collar employers as customers in Finland (e.g., McDonald’s, S-group) and is now starting to expand globally.
