Yondr is a Belgian agency that designs and builds immersive and AI-driven digital experiences, including realtime 3D configurators, extended reality, experience centres and AI agents, for international brands such as McDonald's, Damen Yachting and Gategroup.
The company is expanding its business model by building products and productised services alongside its agency work. I advise and coach one of the co-founders through that transition, with a focus on strategy, business model choices, people and the decisions that are hard to make from inside the company.
I've built and led businesses through different business models, growth stages and strategic transitions, including services, productised services and SaaS. That means many of the trade-offs we discuss are ones I've had to make myself.
