Board of Directors role (recently re-elected to a second term) at group level at one of the UK’s largest (over £550M ) marketplace lending businesses, focused primarily on the regional SME business sector and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) lending. Provide independent governance and advise on strategy and investment, and especially technology and information security. Oversaw the selection and implementation of a new loan management platform. Recently won investment from the British Business Bank. Serve on the Risk & Audit Committee. Authorised as FCA Part A / Controlled Function CF2 approved person
