In 2010, I launched James and James Fulfilment. My co-founder and I built an office in the dusty corner of a Cambridgeshire warehouse. Four years later, we’d built a multi-million pound business and hit the top quarter of The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 in 2018, 2020 and two other top 100 growth lists in 2021 and 2022.

In 2020 I secured £11m of private equity funding, hired some more senior talent and, another year on, I stepped back as CEO. Along the way, I was proud to win industry recognition, including two Queen's Awards for Enterprise, a Finalist spot in the Lloyds Bank National Business of the Year, and a Finalist spot in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition.

Today, I'm still on the non-exec board at James and James.
