Startup within manufacturing of energy solutions

I was hired by the Board as an advisor to the C-level team to help turn the company around
following fraudulent actions by the previous CEO and Board towards the owners.

As part of a dedicated task force we conducted an internal investigation and reviewed the
actions of the previous management and Board. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the
CEO and CFO to support the official investigation carried out by various authorities.

In my capacity as a Board member, I worked alongside legal advisors to safeguard the
interests of over 500 owners.
