NFO Drives is a Swedish technology company specialising in disturbance-free variable frequency drives for electric motors. The company’s core innovation eliminates switching-frequency related EMC disturbances, enabling reliable motor control without external filters, shielded cables or complex mitigation measures.

This makes NFO Drives particularly relevant in demanding environments such as process industry, infrastructure, marine applications and other installations where electromagnetic compatibility, robustness and system simplicity are critical. By reducing installation complexity and lifecycle cost, NFO Drives addresses a long-standing pain point in industrial motor control.

My role

I serve as a board member of NFO Drives, contributing with a strong focus on strategy, commercialisation and market positioning. My role is to help translate the company’s technical edge into clear customer value, scalable go-to-market strategies and sound board-level decision-making.

I work closely with the board and management team on growth priorities, positioning in selected focus industries, and aligning product, sales and governance as the company scales. My contribution is hands-on, challenge-driven and outcome-oriented, with a clear emphasis on building long-term enterprise value.
