iGaming Operator (Brazil)

iGaming startup lauched in 2022 with revenue exceeding US$ 250 million (2023) and over 850,000 players. I have coordineted the Strategy Committee, responsible for monitoring the regulatory landscape and projecting strategic scenarios. My role includes developing a strategic business plan, policies for responsible gaming (including the identification of ludopathy patterns), hiring and monitoring the CEO, organizational design, and dealing with Shareholders. I have structured a P&L model tailored to industry standards, trained accountants and M&A firms on this model, and audited the 2023 annual income statement.
