What they are looking for
The company is seeking an experienced statutory director from the Netherlands to join the board of its Dutch BV. The statutory director will take on the formal legal responsibilities associated with Dutch corporate governance, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance, providing fiduciary guidance and supporting the continued international growth of the organization. The candidate should have a strong financial background and experience in, or affinity with, the retail, fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or luxury consumer goods sector. Experience with internationally operating SMEs or founder-led businesses is preferred. The statutory director will work closely with the international management team, accountants, and external advisors, while supporting governance, compliance, and strategic oversight of the Dutch entity.
