The platform offers a diverse range of products, from electronics and fashion to home goods and health products, sourced directly from reputable distributors to ensure authenticity and quality.
As a Management Consultant at Lotus E Mall during its concept and initiation stage, my role was instrumental in laying the foundation for the mall's successful launch and operations. I was tasked with developing strategic plans and frameworks to guide the project's vision and execution.
Key responsibilities included:
Concept Development: Collaborated with stakeholders to define the mall’s unique value proposition, target market, and competitive positioning. Conducted market research and feasibility studies to ensure the concept aligned with market demand and trends.
Business Planning: Crafted detailed business plans outlining financial projections, marketing strategies, and operational models. This involved creating revenue forecasts, budgeting, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Stakeholder Engagement: Worked closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure that the mall’s physical layout and design supported its strategic objectives. Coordinated with legal and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and compliance.
Market Research: Conducted extensive market analysis to identify potential retail partners and tenants, ensuring a diverse and attractive tenant mix. Analyzed consumer behavior and preferences to tailor the mall’s offerings to the target demographic.
Project Management: Oversaw the initiation phase, managing timelines, resources, and budgets. Ensured that the project stayed on track and within budget, addressing any issues that arose promptly and effectively
