As a non-executive director, I made a significant impact working with the amazing team at MBN.

I have helped the company expand its offerings from recruitment to full-service people solutions and organisational advisory services, covering areas such as Blockchain, Big Data, Business Intelligence, GDPR, Cyber Security, Customer Insight, and Digital Experience and Analytics.

My participation in the leadership team enabled MBN to grow from its Scottish roots to a second office in London and establish a globally recognised reputation for leadership and expertise in talent management, recruitment, and retention activities for large clients.

As the Chair, I played a key role in shaping MBN's strategy and held executive management accountable for meeting goals and objectives. I provided constructive challenges and strategic guidance and monitored the performance of the business and financial information to ensure robust systems of internal control and risk management.

I also worked to develop a culture of corporate responsibility, valuing community, ethics, integrity and social responsibility. In addition, I coached and mentored key people within the business, focusing on enhancing a high-performance work environment and robust succession planning.
