About the company

This company has developed a structured, privacy-conscious workplace wellbeing programme that helps organisations address everyday work-related mental strain. The solution helps employees, teams and work communities recognise and address work-related challenges while providing employers with insights to improve working practices, team dynamics and organisational conditions.

What they are looking for

The company is looking for commercially experienced advisors with strong networks who can accelerate customer acquisition in Finland and support future expansion into Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. Ideal candidates include founders, CEOs, commercial leaders and senior HR professionals with experience building or scaling B2B businesses. Experience in HR technology, employee wellbeing or related industries is an advantage, but not essential.

The immediate priority is securing employer customers and commercial partnerships while developing a scalable B2B sales approach. Advisors should understand organisational purchasing processes and be able to facilitate introductions to CEOs, HR leaders and other decision-makers. Experience in international expansion and strategic partnerships would be valuable.

The ideal advisor combines proven B2B commercial experience with an active network of potential customers or partners in at least one target market.
