Culture-First HRTech Company Seeks Advisors to Open Doors to Large Employers Internationally
About the company
How do you build teams where people feel at home, perform at their best and choose to stay?
This Belgian HRTech company has developed a scientifically grounded algorithm in collaboration with a respected university. Its "culture intelligence platform" maps organizational and team culture, while its conversational AI recruitment assistant brings those insights into hiring.
The concept behind it is simple: people thrive when they feel they belong and their values, expectations and ways of working align with their environment. The aim is better retention, stronger engagement and higher-performing teams—not simply filling vacancies.
• In recruitment, the platform explores candidates' values, motivations and working preferences in relation to the organization and team they could join. Essential skills still matter, while other skills can be developed.
• During organizational change, the platform helps leaders understand their current culture and identify the shifts needed to support their ambitions.
• In mergers and acquisitions, it makes cultural differences visible, supporting integration planning, team alignment and retention of key people.
Culture fit is not about hiring copies of existing employees, but about creating conditions in which different people can contribute and grow together.
The immediate ambition is to grow internationally by winning larger corporate clients. A focused recruitment, culture assessment or transformation project can become the starting point for wider adoption across teams, business units and countries.
The company is therefore looking for Advisors who can open doors to organizations where recruitment, retention and the human side of transformation are already on the leadership agenda.
What they are looking for
Relevant backgrounds include former CHROs, senior HR and recruitment leaders, transformation executives, Board Members and consultants experienced in organizational culture, development or M&A integration. Direct access and credibility matter more than a particular job title.
The most valuable introductions are to:
• CHROs, Group HR Directors and Talent Acquisition Leaders looking to improve hiring, retain talent and build stronger teams through cultural alignment.
• CEOs, Transformation Directors and Organizational Development Leaders seeking to connect culture, employee engagement and team performance with strategic change.
• Corporate M&A and Integration Leaders who want to understand cultural differences, align teams and retain key people following acquisitions.
Target clients are large employers with multiple teams, business units or locations, particularly those experiencing retention challenges, organizational change, acquisitions or recruitment transformation.
The Advisor's main contribution is to recognize opportunities, make warm introductions and connect the company with the right decision-makers, ultimately generating paid projects and long-term client relationships.
Support with positioning, stakeholder engagement and progressing pilot projects is welcome, but a full sales role is not required.
Compensation can be structured as an agreed percentage of revenue generated from introduced clients, with terms agreed upfront.
Above all, the founder values someone who listens, recognizes opportunities and genuinely enjoys connecting people:
"I know an organization that should hear this. Let me introduce you."
