About the company

Lego Education is a company in the Lego family, providing educational products based on Lego bricks and systems. I was brought in as an advisor to help develop new digital business models and to make a complete agile transformation of the product development. The result was a leaner, smoother organization and high growth business models for several products in their portfolio.
