Factory Harmonizer

Factory Harmonizer (by SimAnalytics Oy) is a tool to harmonize process industry production. It constantly monitors all process settings and gives process operator an overall information on current setting levels and, using unique harmony analysis, predicts process breaks. This leads to reduce in process breaks, reduced waste and broke and increase in OEE and profit. Solution has been deployed in several process industry factories in Finland and company is now expanding its operations to other European countries.
