During my engagement, advised BERG's internal salesforce and M&A teams on establishing an AI commercialization engine to scale AI/ML client offerings. The firm wanted to launch an new GTM framework to scale ongoing custom software development for AI/ML and Digital Transformation projects across the Nordics, ensuring alignment with market needs and future growth strategies. BERG were provided with a structured commercialization rollout plan, co-created and client-ready AI/ML offerings all integrated into an organizational wide marketing and salesforce strategy.
