A true virtual company being very small but acting extremely agile and operating from several countries. Core product is a software (middleware) making business process automation (BPA) super-easy, especially for non-IT natives.
My task is CEO sparring and to help designing the business owner and technical lead the core business strategy and get funding for next investment phases.
