I advise RIVRS at board level on strategy, growth and monetization as the company builds its platform and market positioning, including its ecosystem links with ROBLOX. I support the leadership team on go-to-market clarity, revenue model structuring and prioritization across product, partnerships and commercial execution within the creator and gaming economy. My role is to help translate vision into a scalable business framework, while strengthening strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. I act as a sparring partner to founders during key inflection points, including market entry, scaling and investor discussions.
