NORTH STAR are a life sciences and healthcare professional services firm, specializing in shaping disease and asset medical strategies and building medical organizational excellence, located in the UK.

My engagement with the firm was to assess the internal processes across finance, HR and IT to identify pain-points and uncover how AI can alleviate them. Subsequently, there were several hands-on sessions to identify business-critical processes which would benefit from AI-augmentation, alongside AI-native tool vendor selection legitmized by way of a preliminary business case and AI ROI, all designed to guide board-level discussions on where to invest IT budgets for AI adoption and enablement.

Additionally, I supported in condudcting AI Market/Customer Assessments through benchmarking of internal AI-readiness, customer needs and competitor best practices across the firm, helping directors to prioritize strategic focus areas defined over 2-year time-horizon.
