GRBT – Geomet Rolls Breakage Test

The GRBT project is developing a reliable low-cost breakage characterisation test for geometallurgical mapping. The new test will allow mining companies to better understand the variability of rock strength to minimise risks in comminution circuit design and ensure productivity. The proof-of-concept prototype is being designed and an operational system will be ready for presentation in 2020.
