Electro World / Dixons Group

Electro World was a consumer electronics retail format connected to Dixons Group, focused on large-format electronics retail operations in Central Europe.

My leadership work included building and scaling greenfield retail operations, covering legal, finance, HR, procurement, development, commercial structure, marketing and store operations. I led country-level development in Hungary and supported regional business development, store rollout and operational structure building across Central European markets.
