Council of Europe Development Bank

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is a multilateral development bank with a strong social mandate. Owned by 43 member states, the CEB finances projects that promote social cohesion and solidarity in Europe, including investments in housing, health, education, refugee integration, and job creation. Headquartered in Paris, the Bank lends around €4–6 billion annually and works closely with governments and partners to deliver sustainable and inclusive growth.
