WTM is a specialist in the integrated management of international trade in services and software. In my role as an Advisory Board Member, in addition to implementing corporate governance best practices and advising the partners on strategic decision-making, I was entrusted with a very special mission: leading the company’s transformation process from a Limited Liability Company (LLC) to a Corporation (S.A.). Once this process was successfully completed, I participated in drafting the company’s Shareholders' Agreement and, among other governance projects, I have been working on the development of a stock option plan aimed at recognizing and retaining the company’s key employees.
