FULL-TIME ROLE (NETHERLANDS): Marketing Manager – Apparel & Lifestyle Company

This company is an international apparel and lifestyle company operating in the premium clothing and marine leisure sector. The company develops and delivers high-end marine wear and apparel solutions tailored to the branding, presentation, and lifestyle needs of professionals and clients operating in the marine and leisure industry. With a strong international client base and a global business structure, the company operates through a Dutch corporate entity and continues to expand its international activities.

The company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (location Netherlands) to lead and execute its marketing strategy across digital channels, events, brand communications, and customer engagement initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness, supporting lead generation, increasing customer engagement, and contributing to revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns and content initiatives. The role requires a hands-on professional who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution across digital marketing, social media, content creation, campaign management, industry events, and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience in a marketing role within the fashion, apparel or luxury consumer sectors. Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, CRM systems, analytics, paid advertising, SEO, and content management is highly desirable. The candidate should possess strong communication, copywriting, project management, and networking skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across creative, commercial, product, and sales teams. Experience managing external partners, coordinating events, overseeing marketing assets, and supporting brand partnerships will be considered an advantage.
