GTT Communications (www.gtt.net), Lead Director of a global communications company serving large enterprise and carrier clients. GTT operates a global Tier 1 IP network and owns a fiber network that includes an expansive pan-European footprint and subsea cables. Has served on all chartered committees, including the special planning committee, and was formerly head of the nominating & governance and M&A committees. Currently serves as a member of the compensation and audit committees and leads the Cybersecurity board oversight function.
