Independent Director Opportunity in B2B SaaS Scale-up in Industrial Analytics

Preparing for the next phase of their growth, they are looking for an independent director from Europe to join their board and to support them in scaling internationally.

This scale-up seeks a strategic leader with experience in at least one - but preferably in more - of the following areas:
- B2B SaaS Scale-Up Experience – Played a key role in successfully scaling a B2B SaaS company, navigating international expansion, operational scaling, and revenue growth.
- Investor Network & Fundraising Expertise – Extensive network among top-tier investors (VCs, growth equity, strategic investors) and the ability to help define and execute the strategy for our next investment round.
- Industry Network & Go-to-Market Insight – Strong international network within the scale-up's key target industries—biomass & waste-to-energy, breweries, waste & water treatment, pulp & paper, metals & minerals, and chemicals—with the ability to facilitate high-level introductions.

Beyond fulfilling fundamental legal and fiduciary responsibilities, the independent director will play a key role in shaping strategic direction, providing financial oversight, and advocating for the company’s long-term success. This includes:
- Offering guidance on governance, risk management, and financial strategy.
- Supporting the leadership team in defining and executing their scale-up roadmap.
- Leveraging industry and investor networks to accelerate growth and partnerships.
