Samsung Electronics is a global technology and consumer electronics company with a major presence across mobile devices, consumer electronics, home appliances, IT products and international retail channel development.

I was a founding member of Samsung’s Global Retail Development team, contributing to the creation and implementation of international retail concepts, store formats and retail execution standards. My work focused on improving consumer electronics retail performance through better customer experience, channel development, store concept design, operational discipline, market expansion and global best-practice implementation across regional markets.
