LegalTech Company in M&A seeking advisors in UK, DACH and NORDICS
This company is a fast-growing Belgian LegalTech scale-up that develops software for M&A lawyers. Their solution helps teams structure, analyze and report on data rooms during due diligence processes.
Their clients are medium to large law firms focusing on transactional work. They are already active in Belgium and the Netherlands, and are now looking to expand specifically to the UK, the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Scandinavia.
The company is looking for advisors with:
• Experience in building go-to-market trajectories in LegalTech towards legal professionals, ideally in the M&A world
• A network in the legal sector in the UK, DACH or the Nordics (both at law firms and in supporting services such as VDRs)
• Insight into how lawyers adopt technology and which partners and channels are important to build trust.
The company works with a small team and fast iterative product development. They are not looking for a formal advisory board member, but people who can help them make the right choices in their internationalization through sounding board sessions, introductions and critical feedback.
