As Senior Project Manager C4ISR, served as tech lead for Medical Division, designed data management system saving €5M annually. NATO representative to FMN and CWIX working groups. Managed project portfolios averaging €10M with 20-person stakeholder teams. Awarded CWIX 2024 Golden Interoperability Hero Medal for interoperability work.
