Trustee and Vice Chair of a group of schools operating as a consolidated, regulated not-for-profit organisation — equivalent in governance structure and accountability to a mid-market group company board.
Board responsibilities include financial stewardship of a multi-million pound budget, holding the executive leadership team to account, risk management, compliance and regulatory oversight.

Currently transitioning to Chair. This is substantive board-level governance experience at the level of a non-executive director in a scaled organisation.
