I was hired as an Advisor to the Board to support the company launch and create a
Go-To-Market strategy for sustainable and Net Zero housing.

I was responsible for the strategic planning and launch of a real estate company focusing
on Taxonomy through Net-Zero buildings. I worked closely with stakeholders, suppliers,
financial parties, and regulatory organs to ensure a successful launch of a pilot.
