DISCO is a professional consulting and research firm with 500 employees with deep specialisation across TMT, Media and Communications sectors, located in the UK.

The firm required expertise in regards to designing, setting up and executing training programes to improve workforce AI fluency and literacy. As a result, there were several AI fluency and literacy training programmes designed to onboard the core workforce to AI enabled tools that can be utilized across daily workflows as well as upskilling and activating cultural change and knowledge exchange.

The programme succesfully upskilled ~500 employees collectively, with efforts focused on moving the workforce from "passive/reactive" AI users to "confident operators" across different business practices.
