Intellectual Property (IP) CONSULTING services provided by a registered patent attorney. Strong legal and technical background in intellectual property, entrepreneurship, chemistry, and biochemistry (JD, MSc, PhD). Extensive IP experience with academic, government, and industrial clients.

Services provided include CONSULTATION regarding copyright, trademarks, trades secrets, patents, risk management and regulatory issues. Subject matter can include strategies used to identify, obtain and maintain IP, including the use of provisional patent applications, international patent applications, legal agreements, license management and record keeping systems, as well as strategies for protecting IP during pitches, market validation, product development and manufacturing.

CONSULTING services may be provided online or on-site whenever suitable scheduling or travel arrangements can be made, and referrals for legal, marketing and other business requirements identified during consultation will be provided whenever possible, including referrals to professionals that specialize in patent and trademark prosecution.
