I was brought on board as a consultant to enhance the commercial strategy and spearhead
the development of a new business unit aimed at creating an additional revenue stream.

In my role, I provided strategic advice to the Board, guiding the decision to launch the
new business unit. My focus was on ensuring that this strategy garnered support from key
shareholders and aligned with the marketplace (NASDAQ).

Following the approval, I worked closely with C-level executives to craft and implement a
comprehensive strategic and commercial plan.
