European Women on Boards (EWOB) unites a diverse group of women with a shared mission to foster a dynamic, collaborative environment that promotes insight-sharing and mutual support for achieving both personal and professional aspirations. EWOB is dedicated to advancing gender equality in corporate leadership and actively supports women in accessing C-suite and Board-level positions, with backing from the European Commission. Through mentorship, advocacy, and networking, EWOB empowers women to shape a more balanced and inclusive future in corporate governance.
