I supported them in an advisory capacity, focusing on technical positioning, system architecture thinking, and early-stage strategy alignment rather than day-to-day execution.

Advising on how to position their technology within the broader climate and environmental monitoring landscape, particularly in relation to existing sensing and data-collection approaches

Providing high-level guidance on system architecture and scalability considerations, ensuring the solution remained practical for real-world deployment rather than over-engineered at an early stage

Offering founder-level input on market focus, go-to-market sequencing, and how to communicate technical value clearly to non-technical stakeholders such as partners, accelerators, and investors

My role was to act as a sounding board at key decision points, helping the team refine assumptions, avoid premature complexity, and align technical development with long-term strategic goals.
