Ekström Oy

Board member helping reconstructing the crisis company Ekström Oy, a middle-sized Finnish company with 67 employees and a turnover of 20 million Euro. I functioned as an expert regarding development of strategy and business models. I have also been involved in the operational work at Ekström and worked with decreasing the monthly break-even point from 2.1 to 1.4 million €. (including starting initiatives for laying off employees), in budget work, negotiations with banks and hired managers for the aftermarket business and developed sales and new services.
